adequate stay with some drawbacks

the room was spacious which was nice. the breakfast was good and plentiful each morning. the staff were friendly and helpful .
the air conditioning seemed centrally controlled. there were not enough sockets available for charging my devices which was inconvenient.

a good escape
kind staff fresh options sweet touch
i found the staff kind and helpful. the breakfast offered a great variety with many fresh options (i loved the fruit!). the room was well-equipped, even offering butter cookies and a chocolate bonbon, a sweet touch.
i noticed the phone in my room wasn't working. this made contacting reception a bit difficult, especially when i needed something quickly.

small stain street noise
The room was mostly fine, though I did notice a SMALL stain on the carpet near the window. It wasn't huge, but it was definitely there and a bit off-putting. the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear quite a bit of street noise at NIGHT. I found it hard to sleep some evenings. It impacted my overall experience. I think they could improve the windows, or the doors, something to make it quieter.

Really good Hospitality and Convenient Location

The front desk personnel were notably helpful. They offered useful local maps and recommendations. Breakfast provided a wide selection. I enjoyed the spacious room that had a balcony. The foyer bar staff were great, and they were always cheerful.
I found there were not enough sockets for chargers, and electrical accessories. I had to be creative to charge all my devices.
